Here you go ^^ It has your character Glum (which is my favorite plant based character of all times) in all four seasonal stages
In the first picture Glum is in his spring form. He should be colored pink and the flower on his head is releasing pollen as flowers do in the spring time.
The second picture is Glum in summer. He has a lot of new smaller leaves as hair and from the flower on his head I thought that maybe he can grow berries so He has a few berries on top of his head. You can use your imagination to think an effect for the berries if you eat one.
Third picture is autumn. It rains and there are mushroom on the ground and Glum is now losing his "hair" which he grew during the summer.
The last picture is ofc winter and Glum is actually just his normal self. In your comic Glum transformed from his normal state into his spring state so I assumed that form must be his winter state XDΒ
Of course these forms are just my imagination and I don't want to mess with your characters so if you don't like the changes then you can ignore them XD but if you do like them you can use them in your comics ^^ also if you have time or want to you can color or redraw and color this picture to suit your style better
