I mean, it's perfectly OKAY to cry.

I've been crying a lot, and I feel better only when I'm not crying in my room.

I don't recommend physically trying to hurt yourself because I know how bad it is, and addictive.

Have you tried wanting to buy a mini punching bag?

I want to get one in the future to let out all my aggression. ^___^

If you can do that then I recommend getting pillows you don't mind punching a lot.
