Do you have any idea how to make that image my deviantART ID? It keeps saying that it is an invalid size.

Try making it a square image? Crop it so that the height pixels match the width pixels. It works just fine for my icons but I haven't really tried it with anything else. I do notice that Flipking did it, and if you try and select his ID image it's a perfect square. fav.me/d5hslln
