I will definitely recommend melbourne university, I knew people who took their art program and enjoyed it. If that's too expensive for you, try RMIT.

Thanks for the support and the kind word:] I do have a number of ideas for different project, but they are all about Cantonese/Chinese food. I roughly browse your blog, it seems like you focus on Western food? I took a course in basic French cooking a few years ago. Although I lost all the recipes, I understand and be able to appriciate western cooking much better! I will keep an eye on your blog:]

hehe my favourite is actually Japanese food... but for the duration of the blog I wasn't able to visit the different restaurants that often! I'm also quite keen for Chinese food too... people from northern parts make pretty good noodles, especially those by hand!

Will poke you if I blog anything about cantonese food like yum cha...hehe...

I think you like HK better coz it's more westernized. For me, the shops there are perfect, even the food, but it's just too crowded to live in:[
Guangzhou is cool, so much hidden history, but again, I am very bias!
Chile huh, I cant even imagine... Must be cool to speak so many languages!

Yeap... I like to travel in fact, there are some photos of my trips in my DA (Australia, China, France, Brazil, Ireland, etc)

Ahmmm I don't speak to well chinese (both mandarin and cantonese) because I need more practice . But I understand quite well cantonese

I agree with you that HK is too crowded to live to visit is OK, and maybe my opinion is also biased because I was just 4~5 days in Guangzhou.
