Well, Haruto accuses Oto of that Oto love Kero more than Anya... Then Haruto tries to scare Oto in that Anya will easily find a boyfriend (since there are also Fubuki), and Kero dates with Jaqu, and Oto risks being left alone without love... Haruto makes him an advantageous offer. Haruto will be with Jaqu and kill Oto and Kero together, thus Oto will be forever with Kero in the paradise. But Oto considered this proposal absurd and did not accept it. Haruto would be profitable if Oto did not interfere with his hunt. Oto swears to protect Kero from Haruto.
