dACompliments is the official group for the deviantART Compliments community project.
dA Compliments focuses on spreading positivity and community spirit by encouraging all deviants to send in a compliment (can be completely anonymous!) to another member or a group in the community.

What you do is you write something positive/encouraging/uplifting/or even something you admire about another deviant. You can sign it with your deviantART username or you can choose to remain anonymous.
To submit compliments you'd click here and fill out the form. To address these uplifting comments to a deviant of your choice, you'd either go the traditional way by using :dev(their username here): with no spaces or parentheses, or by using @(and their username here) without spaces or parentheses either.

Hello, dear admins of this group 
First of all, I would like to compliment you on creating such a wonderful group. I am sure you have brightened the days of many artists on DA 
On the other hand, I can't help but notice that there seemingly hasn't been much activity lately. Do you know when (or whether) another compliment journal is going to be uploaded? I am asking this because I know several people whom I would love to give a compliment, and this group seems a perfect opportunity for doing so 
I hope to see my compliments in one of your journals someday >v< .

Hey! I'm really sorry for inactivity lately, as I'm the only admin currently running this group and life took me away for quite some time. With the resurgence of certain projects of mine and the continuation of other ones, life has allowed me a chance at DeviantArt once more. Activity will resume soon.
However, I realize that this reply comes really late, and I'm so very sorry for that, and I hope that this severe lateness does not deter you from spreading the positivity that you wished to spread back in April.ย

A thankful note from a stranger
I find myself going through the acts of giving a llama
just because I want one. Then I came to your group page, and found
myself wanting to give something. I looked through out your
page and gallery. I found it alluring, calling for me to stay
and just keep reading everything your group had to say!
I give a llama as it's all that I have to offer. It's my way to say
thank you for brightening up Deviant Art, and my day. I find often
times I sit around with dark thoughts and just wishing someone
cared on certain things.
I enjoy your groups page and have become a watcher because. There is something
about this group. You guys are special people. In reading some of the things
that you have put up. Makes me feel special. That Deviant Art is not
a place just where online bullys come to harm you. Or people that find
ways to decieve, steal, scam you. In finding your groups page. I just found
other people in this world. Who care about other human beings.
Not just for their art, or to get free llamas or other misc. things.
Thank you for putting up all these kinds things, for people like me
to stumble upon. Because of your group. My day is going to be Okay.
