Back straight at you! Two flavors that go great together! Especially since Touhou's setting is basically "what if almost all the (often male) monsters were cute girls."

Sure would, anytime! We can trade and develop lewd headcanons! Do you mean through notes, or do you have some other preferred method?

My pleasure. I greatly enjoyed "Dueling Dragons," "The Writings of the Scholar Lucard, " and "An Old Enemy, a New Pet."

So, you're more into monster/neko TG's than straight ones. Huh?

Well, that's not what I was trying to say, but... ...yeah, that's probably, no, definitely the case.Β
Part of it is probably because they tend to force the story out of the everyday mold...
...Plus, that type of TG at least tends to discourage those frustrating, glibΒ "Well, I guess I'll just start my new life as a woman!/Oh no, I guess I'm a girl now. Whatever shall I do?" endings. Those sorts of endings can give me a feeling that the people transformed haven't really "changed" at all, not as a part of the transformation nor as a result/reaction to it. Sort of aΒ "You didn't change, you just switched wrappers!" sort of thing.
...Plus, I like mental changes, and like any TF, those are extra interesting when they involve large or interesting gaps/differences between the old and the new.

I do love mental changes and such as well. Although I guess I like TGs where the user's personality doesn't change as well. I find it funny when they barely even notice. On the other hand, turning completely different is an equally if not more fun experience to write about. Too bad my recent commissions have to be the former. Sorry to disappoint you. But oh well, my next few will involve some more radical personality changes.

The "changed without realizing" angle is always fun, I agree. And it's not as though mental changes are AB-SO-LUTE-LY needed for an enjoyable TG, so no problem. But "radical" sounds good. I like radical. Looking forward to it.

Again, that'll be in a few captions. THe ones I'm currently working on I was commissioned to have few mental changes.

Thanks for ing Junk in da Trunk !
Be sure you check out KittyHawk's external sketchblog as well as her webcomic, Sparkling Generation Valkyrie Yuuki . She's the one who made the sketch I traced to make the color comic, so you're sure to enjoy her other works!
If you don't mind me asking, how did you come across my deviation?

I happen to have the TGFANSUNITED group "watched," and I found it through there. Thanks for the recommendations! SGVY was actually one of the things that introduced me to TG way back when, but I lost track of it long ago, so it's great to see that KittyHawk is still active!
