Nah, same thing - MS 5.0 is the International version of CSP. Used to be separate though. MS (or ComicStudio in Japan) didn't use to have digital painting tools in it, only drawing. But Celsys combined it with another painting tool Clip Studio which is their version of Sai. So Mangastudio 5 is the combined version of both, and now MS can do coloring.
If you want to use CSP, you'd have to get the English patch since it's in Japanese. ToniBabelony uses CSP, he'll tell you more about it.

Yep. Clip studio didn't have that and comic panel making tools. It's the best of both worlds, I love cutting panels using that

I have challenges (ie, things I want to see but don't want to spend money commissioning).
Fetish fashion! Pick various styles of clothing, including those you don't normally do. Formal, casual, office, club wear. Historical, perhaps? Cosplay. You get the idea. A bunch of outfits, and do fetish versions. Office wear in latex. A ball gown that locks on. Jeans, Tee shirt, and ball gag. That kind of thing.
