What's a blueberry inflation?
I know inflation is like having things be like balloons, I just can't figure out how that can relate to fruit.
Also how can it be 18+? If they pop and send gore everywhere?

Blueberry inflation is a different type of inflation, it involves blueberry flavored gum that tastes delicious until you turn blue or violet colored and inflate with blueberry juice until you literally become like a 10 ft tall blueberry.

And 18+ could involve lots of gore or sexual related problems.
