Not necessarily. The first day he wakes up and cuts is hair and shaves and all that jazz, yeah. I mean, their clothes change daily. I can tell you what they wear in each chapter if you want. Honestly, I wouldn't put Alex is short sleeve if the top is black without some type of logo or symbol, because it looks far to much like he does when he is younger. Which would be kinda weird since, technically, he is around 22ish to 24ish in the story. (I messed up their ages for a little while in the actual story) One thing I'd say, though, is to keep Alex in plain clothing, y'know? And if you plan on coloring the comic, nothing besides neutral colors like tan, brown, maybe a little of dark green, and only shades of grey, black, and white. And of course jeans. Basic clothing like this tank tops, t-shirts, but only jeans. Alex doesn't strike me as someone who would wear shorts. Maybe 3/4s and also, I don't think he'd go for flip-flops. I'd stick with sneakers (in the story he wears Converse) and maybe boots.
Josh, however, would wear things a little more flashy, y'know. (more colors, like reds and oranges particularly with designs and what not) And, obviously, he'd wear shorts. Remember, though, so far Josh only wears hoodies, and if he does wear short sleeve, he wears wristbands to cover them.
Also, keep in mind that so far the story only has taken place during the summer. So tank tops on Alex would make sense and shorts on Josh. :3 If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I am beyond honored that someone deemed my story good enough to make a comic of it, so I will help you and hope to collaborate with you to the best of my ability.
(And by the way, the story is long from over. I want to get to as least 100 parts total)

You can make it her if you want it to be. In fact, I'd love it if you did. However, unless she is mentioned by names later on, the other nurses are just generic ones. Even through in a male orderly, if you want. BUT, something VERY crucial. They DON'T wear dresses. They wear scrubs, like this: [link]
They aren't supposed to be sexualized.
Keep in mind, Maria is very small, but chunky, has big eyes, curly hair, and I kind voice.

Oh, and can I have a descripiton of *shudders* uncle richard too? (I keep thinking of Travis Grady when he's in the story for some reason...o_o)

Oh yeah...you aren't to far off, actually.
I'd make Uncle Richard kind of look like a cross between older Travis, but more creepy like Curtis Ackers. He dresses normally for summer weather, usually in flip flops and short sleeve button down shirts.
He has also blue eyes (like Alex's dad) and blondish hair.
He isn't old looking, though. I'd make him look in his late 30s early 40s, but not as old looking as Adam. Also, maybe a cleft chin, to look more unique, and only a mustache, not a lot of facial hair. He is a medium size build, but keep in mind that, unless it is a flashback, Alex is taller than all other characters, since he is about 6'6, even taller than Uncle Richard.
Also, that reminds me, would you like a description of pajamas? :3
And I also have outfit suggestions for other characters, like Elle, and Alex's parents. Also, if you need help with the bride maids and how they look, I'l help. Their part is minor so far, but they'll be more important later on.

For Elle, I'd say young and bright clothing. Of course, after she is attacked she wears heavier, more dull and covering clothing. Eventually, she'll begin to act like her old self and wear her more revealing clothing later on.
