Well, all I do is daHub.
So far i've gotten about 112 points from there alone
If not, you could try entering contests and test your skills and luck! there.
If you've got the skills, creativity and what not, you could rack yourself a LOT of points.
Then, there's always generous people doing giveaways where you can also test your luck!

It just that, i do daHub, but....recently i haven't been able to get any point's, because when ever i am online, no one goes and donates. And i have over 400 people that i watch, 100 is cuz i like their art. But the other 300 is...well people from daHub XD lol.
And for some reason, i can't find anyone who wants to do a commission with me. i have fair prices. but..people don't really care to commission me QnQ

Hmm, maybe you could try promoting your commishes in groups?
Like the ones that let you freely post journals in it.
For example this one
Or you could try looking for specific groups that are related to whatever things
accept as ccomissions.
Or it could be that people don't really see you want to be commissioned?
Since you're a premium member, I'm sure you could make like some box or
something to make people notice 
You could probably also try placing plz icons/stamps to show your commission status
