Hey, I have a question: What tools do you use to make the .cel and .kfc files?
2 days ago I started to make a KiSS doll and now I discovered that there are no tools to make the cel-files and palettes. Gimp-2.9 should be able to export graphics to .cel-files but does not create .kfc files, but it needs a .kfc-file to open a.cel-file and reports an EOF-error when I give it a .kfc-file created with Dov Sherman's tools. Now what?
