actually.. that does bring up a pretty good point! well maybe a tip for me, I am terrible at maintaining a "drawing distance" meaning i will start off somewhere such as the head and by the time i work my way to the end or even the limbs i run out of room on paper -.- any idea what i can do to fix that or some sort of technique to help fix it?

Hmm, I have that happen as well sometimes. As a general rule, bodies tend to be 2-3 heads in length from the neck to the torso and the legs are as long as the head and torso. As such whole bodies tend to be around 7 heads in length so if you want to draw a whole character from head to toe then use your fingers and space out around 7 head lengths down from the head. That way you should have enough room to finish your drawing on the paper. ^_^ Hope that helps!
