In the meantime the guy apologised and took down his "deviation", so maybe we should tone down our vitriol campaign a little... But not too much, because I doubt he'll stop nicking stuff just because he got caught.

I know! He contacted me too, and was really polite and correct. Asked me to remove the journal entry too, and I saw no reason not to do it. I suppose he might (?) try to do a similar thing again, but at least the man knows when to step down and apologize. That's more than can be said of others! ^^

It could be I judged him wrongly, but I'll leave my journal be for the time being, I've just updated it to show he did behave honourably in the end.

Also, I hope you won't mind if I'll ask you advice on French WW1 equipment sometimes, so far a lot is extrapolated from that of the Romanian Army, with which I'm a bit more familiar (it's rather similar, but also mixes in German and Austrian features).

Wow, that is a pretty good movie! Profesionally made despite a shoestring budget and certainly manages to capture the atmosphere of the Zone.

As an aside, I liked the Dboys Kar 98k cartridge used as a shell casing for the sniper. Creative use of few resources.

Also, where is this location? Looks awesomely close to something you would find in the Zone.

Thanks! It's an "abandoned" ceramic factory in a little town a few kilometres from where I live!

And yeah, you got right with the Dboys cartridge XD I was like "We need bullets... where can I find them?!?" (Here is pretty much illegal to own a gun or simply a very long procedure to obtain one!)
