Thanks for your comment on my gallery! I have no idea how I ended up woith -15 journal entries, I think its because when I deleted my older entries, my page didnt update so I deleted them again when it had probably worked the 1st time.

This site gets like a time machine for me at times. Things dissapear and comments dont show for hours etc etc.

Hi Justin! First off, many, many thanks for all the great comments and for Fav'ing "Under Wicked Skies". Cannot thank you enough for taking the time to check out so many of my pieces! Another thing I'm glad about is that those comments come from someone who's not only familiar with, but mastered the art of photography and therefore those comments mean even more. You're good to catch that...

I hadn't set out to do that originally - I just masked the sky away (no small feat, but generally my first step in approaching an image), and then tried different enhancements to bring out the contrast. My problem was that the brick red of the bridge and the blue-oriented gray were too similarly bright. Inverting the red channel (I think) was what brought out that green (much deeper) and I just kind of took it from there. (It also helped suggest that organic title...)

Anyway, couldn't tell if you liked it or not, but I appreciate you taking a peek!

Gee, I did not know that. Coincidentally enough, the last Really Hot Guy to get me all hot and bothered was in my College Algebra class about 2 years ago. Actually, he was in every class of mine that semester except Physical Anthropology. Didn't get very far with him. I had no mojo But Stephen seems quite confident that I have mojo now.
