Indigo is Really good, thanks for asking! As a nickname we call him 'Scamp,' cuz he scampers ALL over the place, popping and burrowing, and nudging his way under us as he scampers about. He LOVES to pester the cats and stuff his face into their ears, and tug on my hubbies 5 o'clock shadow, it's really funny. LMAO! I have taken at least another dozen pix of him since my last posting - I should get one or two up in here soon. They are all on my MySpace page if u wanna see, posted under "my pets."
On a diff. subject, I am getting a medium male bobcat really soon. Great spots above and below, and it's in excellent condition - last winters take. At least a 300.00 cat, but I got it for 182.00, which includes shipping. The man I am working with is making little profit from it, but went out of his way to find it for me. He also likes the idea that it's gonna be a soft mount, and not a life size. Even wants to see pix of it when I'm done. 
Oh, I also took Franky out with me on Halloween afternoon to do errands before tricks or treats, and he was well receipted. (but not seen by more then 5 people) I kind of 1/2 expected "iews" and a few muttered "murder(s)!" ...lol, but I didn't get that. It was kinda cool. I also worked some more on Salts' face too last night. Now that his clay is totally dry, a few hair line cracks developed in the clay areas, and a few face areas shrank - but not badly, so I did a little painting and touching up. ...And since Ro-Jo was my first, and has been ignored - and since he had no bottom jaw or lips either, I am gonna make him look better too - (thanks to my work on Franky), giving him lips, and a little more-yet MUCH needed paint work. I need all the practice I can get before I do my Bobcat. I want HIM to look as realistic as possible.

I took Napoleon out on halloween as well! i wore a costume to school and brought him as an accessory. i had a dog skull mask, a cloak, a fuax fur cape, My bulldog skull worn as a pendant and Napoleon hung over my shoulder. At school i got a lot of bad looks mostly from prissy girls but i won 3rd place in the costume contest (only bc the first and second places wore skimpy sexy costumes)
I took him out with me to a spook house as well and several people seemed to like him a lot
it will still be awhile before i can plush him though

Ur costume sounds like it rocked! Got any pix?!! Congrats on the 3rd place tho! Slutty costumes always win. Stinks. Sorry ur life is currently sucking. It will get better. U'll like ur new job better too, what ever it will be. But that's HS years for you. Job after job. X-mas is coming, so u'll find something, even if it's only for 3-4 months.
My life is kinda stinkin it up for me too. No money for fun, and it's getting cold out. I only find things I want when I have no $ to spend. The time change also messes with my head. Time for depression...lol. - My hubbies grandmother on his dads side passed away last night. It was expected, but is still kinda sad. No funeral, she didn't want people waisting their time on her corps. She just wants her ashes spread in some wilderness area in WI where she used to camp. She rocked. She was the kind of lady who had deep pockets and was happy to lend or give $ for good causes, and was a spitfire lady who took no crap and told really funny stories.
Anyhow, I can't wait to see ur ratty! How exciting!!!

i lost my mask that night though.. a mask ive had for 5 years. thats also the weekend i lost my phone and my job. I managed to find my phone monday only to have it stolen at school today...
So now that ive lost my phone my paycheck will probably go entirely toward that.. So i can forget the gift i wanted to get my boyfriend and possibly forget my rat.

sooo right now im waiting for my dad to get home so i can tell him i lost my phone again, then call my boyfriend and tell him too. *sigh* then ill probably just go to bed..

Just to clarify, you wanted only the head mounted? Cuz I can do that. But were you gonna make a head-dress out of it...cuz that is where my work wouldn't suit you. I don't know if or how I could alter the 'head' so that it could be worn. That is where I may fail you. IF you are gonna plush it, and only want the head done, I CAN do that for you, for about 95$. That price includes approx. 45$ for the things I'd need to mount the head/face. I just wanted to be sure I was turning you down for the right reasons.

Ro-Jo..lol. I'll try to keep it short. I've been writing a book since the beginning of time, and one of the characters who dies off pretty quickly is named Jo-Seff. So that is where the 'Jo' comes from. 'Ro' is short for Rowtag, which means 'fire' in the Algonquin Indian language. So, Since the yote is a Blonde (reddish in color) He reminded me of Fire. So, in short, Ro-Jo. "Or Joseff, the Rowtag colored Yote."
"Sleeping Saturday," the salt and pepper red-brown yote was named by my 5year old son on a Wed. while it was dark out and raining - ?! - frankly, he surprised the heck out of me, and I loved it. I just call him/the yote 'Salts' for short cuz of that huge thick white tipped saddle on his back.

I just wish that pelt was mine!!
I am beginning to think something about my coyote pelt/Ro-Jo; His ears weren't turned - now, is that why his ears are so small and triangular?? ORrrr, is it because he had dog lineage? His ears, although set a little too far back, are only 1/3 the size of a pure bred yote, and one is stunted...? Makes me wonder. = This may also help to explain why he sat around for 3-4 years in someones closet, and was sold to me for only 55$?
-In addition to that, 1/2 of his tail was missing. It was cut, and I wonder now if it was deliberately removed to hide the dog part of him, since the tail is a huge clue?!!!
Doesn't bug me tho, his coat is really soft too, and he is so cute!!!
