xD i take the i do believe 9:45 or whatever ferry is closest to that in the morning on mondays. And the 4:20 or 5:30 pm ones to go home on tuesday.

What sort of Camera's do you use, I'm interested in knowing. Really, I'd like all my photo's to come out as crisp, clean an sharp as yours.

I shoot with a Nikon D3s but that's not really the key factor, it's just one of a list that includes the body, lenses (professional level primes), settings (knowing what settings make sharp/soft images), light (see settings), etc.
I can also point to several people who get similarly quality while shooting Canon - so it's not the brand either.

Oh - and give up soda and coffee and learn to calm your nerves. LOL!
