It's alright, part of the reason i got upset is I recently had a customer say I treat my customers bad and they would never buy from me again...so needless to say my confidence is in the dumps...

As long as you understand yourself, don't let it get to you too much.  If you felt like there was an area to improve, there's nothing hindering you from such; but if you know that customer was being ignorant and flustered and you know you did your best to meet their expectations, brush them off your shoulder and carry on.  I know it's easier said than done sometimes, I haven't really been able to do that myself at work.

I'd like to expand on my frustrations earlier.  I was supposed to have my first full day off in over 6 weeks just to find out I have to head back to work tomorrow.  It wouldn't be bad at all if military was paid by the hour but I gotta do what I gotta do until I get out.  I have a bad habit of getting nervous talking to people higher up the chain and it doesn't help my position.  I wasn't trying to direct any of that frustration toward you.  Some of the others maybe, but I knew you were working on it and I was insensitive to that fact.  Sorry about that.
