# About me

I'm hoping to become a book illustrator... When I was a child, I was very disappointed that I couldn't have a full-time job as a book reader. This is as close as I'm likely to get.

I nearly always have my nose in some kind of book- print, sketchbook, or ebook, I get absorbed in a world and really reluctant to leave it.

I also teach arts and crafts. Because, you know, gotta stay busy.

Funny- I don't think I've been there alone for more than five minutes- and I've gone nearly every year. My family took me when I was younger, and now I usually end up going with friends. The one time I went alone, I coincidentally found a friend within a few minutes and we spent the rest of the night together.

It's pretty easy to get lost in the crowd while there though. We should probably sort out a meeting place.
