What are the requirements needed to place a plot for gardening?
I've been getting so many seeds dropped by enemies and I can't use them in my dorm, obviously.

Well, do you have the plot spells from one of the moles in Wizard City?

If not him, then try the one in Krokotopia.

You'll have to spend a bit of gold for them.

You can plant them in your yard (If you have your own castle) or they can be planted in a pot full of soil.
