We have many ways for you to get involved, although all involve you being a Member, so I apologise about that. If you have past stories, just submit them to Freestyle , and it'll be accepted. We also have Prompts, but they're a bit more restrictive... More information about them is displayed here . We have listed our guidelines here , which includes our definition on What is a Six Word Story? to help you.

We also have an Inspiration Project and a Mini-Competition , so please participate if you are interested!

And just as an extra note, it may take a few days to accept your piece because we don't want to bombard our members and such, so we apologise about that in advance.

Oh wow, thank you! I'm really looking forward to being part of this group. I thought, "It would be cool to be able to just look at these in my inbox every day without having to open them, they're so quick and cool!" and when I logged on today, I discovered I was right!

I do have one quick question, actually. I know I saw a few of them while I was browsing through the folders, but what's the official stance on a bunch of Six Word Stories collected in a big deviation? I don't think I'd feel comfortable submitting six words, personally, unless maybe I made a separate account just for writing... Hm, that's actually a pretty good idea but having a bunch also would mean people couldn't read them all just in the thumbnail preview, so... yeah. How do you guys feel about "collections?"

It definitely works for a lot of people, anyway.

You can submit a bunch of them to the Freestyle folder only...

Personally, I don't really have an opinion... Or rather, I do believe that the focus should be on the "six words" part, but if you have a collection, that's fine.

So long as it gets submitted to Freestyle, anyway. We don't allow it anywhere else.
