I know! I am actually very selective in what giant pony story I want to read, and I never find very much with Fluttershy as the giant/predator. Usually I prefer it if it involves a human and a pony (since I can relate, but it doesn't have to be), but I can't find too many of those either sadly. 
I'm sure whatever you wrote would be great, I'd love to read it, and I'm sure many others will like reading it as well. And about that episode, I downloaded it, but only watched maybe 1/5 of the episode, and decided to just wait for it in hd. I can't wait to see it!

the episode is a pretty much proof season 4 will rock. it feels like season 2 all over again so nervicited! thanks btw writing is a passion of mine actually. maybe i should write a good giant pony story.

I thought is was just amazing!I decided to wake up at 3 A.M. for the episode Marathon being streamed on Bronystate, and later watched it on youtube after some much-needed sleep! (I only got one hour of sleep before the marathonΒ ). Β I loved everything about it! The writing, pacing, comedy, background music, the mature/dark conflict scenes, and especially the big step up in animation quality. I loved it so much actually, that I re-watched it at least five times today.

Me too! Man, that animation was so good, definitely one of the best, if not THE best 2 parter. The only other close rival, I think, is A Canterlot Wedding finale which also was pretty epic.

by far my fav canterlot wedding is now my second but that was an epically awesome finale. i am insanely awaiting saturday for castle mania!! and the animation is def getting even better. cant wait to see what the next movie looks like!

Yeah, they just have to make a movie, MLP is so popular now. It is after all the Hubs most viewed show, and even gets more views than Transformers Prime and gi joe. I honestly can't decide what episode I'm more excited for: Castle Mania, Daring Dont, or Power Ponies. They all sound so good!!

I'm so excited! You know, if the Season premiere was this good, dark, epic, and had amazing animation, then I can only imagine what the Season finale might look like! If MLP tradition holds, then the Season finale might be an awesome adventure story! The first season had a 20 min episode finale, SE2 had an epic 2 parter, and SE 3's finale was another 20 min episode. Perhaps then S4 will have a 2 parter finale! It would be pretty cool if they made a 4 parter finale though. In the G1 series, they often had adventure arcs spanning 4 episodes total.

really? never saw g1 but i would be pretty happy if they did a 4 parter. the finale will of course be awesome it has to be! i mean how could itΒ not? i cant stop wonderin whats in that box! maybe therell be some epic trial or test for each of the mane six to obtain their keys. this season holds so much potential!

Yes, the S4 finale has to be amazing! The G1 series had some very dark episodes, and some very light-hearted ones. However, it really lacks on character development, which G4 does an amazing job with. I watched it way before G4 aired while I was looking for fantasy/hand-drawn cartoons. I actually remember the day that I watched the G4 pilot episode, and seeing on Wikipedia that the 4th episde "Applebuck Season" didn't even air yet! (that was just so long ago.) That box is very interesting, maybe it has a new set of the elements?

i binge watched the show on netflix got into it pretty late like half a year ago or so but happy to be a brony all the same.

That must have been fun watching so many episodes all at once! I had to wait 1 week for each next episode to air/be put on youtube. There was sure a lot of anticipation, though. The longest I forgot to check if new episodes were out, was back in season 1, for about 5 episodes or so. After catching up on all those, I was hooked! I admitted that I was a Brony when I found that awesome song "Fluttershy's Lament" by AllLevelsAtOnces sometime during mid-season 1, followed quickly by "Avast Fluttershy's "Plot."Β Β
This season's going to be so great! I wouldn't be surprised if the show lasts for 10 seasons or so!Β
