Seriously your speed paintings are really good! I like how the flat brush (which brush is it btw?) has been use with such versatility! It's really amazing with the atmospheric effects you bring into the paintngs . Also I might recommend following levetep, he's an master at random speed paints too and has plenty of real-time videos to boot. Singapore's education is wonky btw, I live there and I had trouble discovering my love for drawing, because the system of exams and crazy advanced Mathematics in school get in the way, which discouraged creativity. Feng Zhu's school is here anyway which is really fortunate, but if only I can convince my parents to let me enroll!

Also try adding more versatility, like sci-fi, because people are looking for artists who can take on any genre. (my 2-cents, because I'm reading whatever I can get on conceptual art)

Thanks! The flat brush is a calligraphic brush that basically looks like a hyphen when you think about it. If that is the brush that you meant, that is. And I agree that I should expand into more genres but sci-fi doesn't really gain my interest and I'm really bad at doing any fine-line stuff with a bunch of details and USUALLY that's what spaceships and all that is. I guess I could do some "out of this world" landscape pieces (with planets in the sky and stuff) but.. I'll have to put the whole alien/spaceship/spacegun stuff aside for the time being. :/ Again, thanks for the words. ^^ I've seen leventep's works and he does some really great stuff and-- I'm already watching him. ^^

How about organic looking space ships? I'm sure Feng Zhu loves these kind of hybrids, it's more interesting than just a normal sci-fi type thing.
