*tears* Isn't it! I'm so sore...hell I have musle though. But still *whimper* if I don't make varsity my dads gonna FLIP! not to mention I broke my ankle so I haven't been running alot. I have been lifting weights though...weights that few MEN could do *whimper* With a drill instructor for a coach and a veteran for a dad its hard not to be fit...This is my LAST week of doing nothing before practice starts!! There are two weeks of practice until our first game I think. AND there are two practices EVERY DAY (except Saturdays...theres only one on Saturday) ...and My ankle is STILL in a brace. *flops on couch* good god...Woof....

Yeah, yeah, yeah, get some rest. That's how you get your energy back up. For me, one minute of pure rest=one minute of giving some good work. Taking a rest in between parts in a game is essential, so the matter of getting exausted can quickly get turned around. That's the circle of efficiency.

WHICH is why I need to be a starter so I can ACCUALLY GET A CHANCE TO PLAY. My ankle is still hurt.

There's no way anybody won't need rest. IT'S A SPORT!!! It requires tedious exercise that pushes you so hard that you feel sore in the morning! AND YOU HAVE A BAD FOOT NO LESS! You know what I say, and I know this may hurt you, but I'm only concerned for your physical being, QUIT!!!

The only reason I quit sports is because I always got hurt, trampled, overly exausted, or simply failed someone's expectations. And look where I am now!...ok, that may have been hypocritisizing...
