Another question about writing. What is the best way to make good dialogue in general and how do you keep certain character within character without deviating from the show?

Good dialog is handled the same way that dialog is handled between two people having a normal conversation in real life. Just keep things like action, mood and the character's body language in mind while you're writing. It helps bring the mood to the readers much more clearly if the character is doing things that shows that they're upset while they're yelling at someone. That help?

What is the best way to start a story? Because I few ideas for stories but I seem to write them on paper or otherwise.

When I start a story, I usually begin by planning out the course the story will take. I list out what I want to happen in each chapter, do all neccessary research for anything I don't know very well (period information, weapons, science stuff, things like that) and do all my character building stuff. Once I'm sure that I have all my ducks in a row, I start writing things out. I find it makes things much easier in the long run. ^^

Yep. ^^ Bleach was epic, though I wanna kill Isshin now, and Karin made me giggle in Naruto. Methinks that she's given up on Sasuke and decided to aim her stalking talents at a certain blonde instead. Should've pegged her as the type of girl to get pissed over a breakup and go after her ex's best friend for revenge. XDDD
As for One Piece... well, as much as I like it, there's really too much going on at once there right now, and it's getting kind of hard to follow everything that's happening. And what the hell happened to Hancock?! I like Hancock! T.T

Bleach was okay. I feel it's really a little text heavy lately. But still not as bad as Naruto is when it comes to certain plot elements. I just hope when Isshin explains why he took so long he doesn't make some lame excuse like "I got lost" or "I couldn't find the door". DX
One Piece was epic! Go Shanks! XD I'm sure we'll see Hancock again. I think she'll find a way to sneak onto Law's sub during all the commotion. Oh and if you like Hancock you should check out DS-Hina's account. She kicks ass at drawing Luffy/Hancock! XD
