Well you can go to photobucket and find a pic you like...if you do that you have to save it to your "My Pictures" file...or else use an exisiting pic...then go to Microsoft Picture Manager and shrink it to 50 x 50...if it's not a perfect square to beginwith you may have to crop it a bit.
