Nice list! Have you heard of the OutRun series?

Played "OutRun" in "Yakuza 0" (it's playable in arcades in-game, and you have to get 5 Million Points at one point during a side-quest. But yeah, driving Ferraris at high speed down the highway. "Forza Horizon 4", during one of it's "Horizon Stories", you work with a streamer named "Laracer", who's doing a top 10 cars in video games stream, and you get to do the driving. At #10, she has "Outrun", with you driving a Ferrari 512 TR (they don't have an older Testarossa, but who cares?)
