"ah, but Spin...mm..." Rigid thought it besT for him to let her sleep - he didn't want her snapping at him like she did with those other cats from earlier today. Rigid sighed and laid down next to the she-cat. He couldn't seem to fall asleep, but at least being near her was relaxing.

"ravenfeather... Raven- ugh.. RAVENFEATHER!!!" A hiss rang in my ears and I leapt to my paws spitting. Oatclaw was sitting infront of me chuckling. 

"What?" I growl, still tired. "You got put on Dawn patrol with me!" The shecat bounced, and raced off- "CMON ALREADY!!" I roll my eyes, whipering to Rigid- I'll be back soon :I If Oatclawdoesn't drive mee up a wall." I slowly followed the shecat.

"Nn, can't I come with..?" Rigid asked in a childish voice. He quickly got to his paws and quickly followed after Spindle with concern on his face.

Spindle slowed down as she reached Oatclaw beside the border. "So..." Her ears twitched, and she blinked groggily. 

"Theres nothing at the border, seemingly no one crossed." Oatclaw purred, sure of herself. Spindle just nodded and continued along the border.

Rigid sat heavily on the ground. He sighed as he slumped over and slid into a laying position, his paws covered by the foliage on the ground. I guess I'll just wait here then... he thought to himself as he began to slid his paws around in the leaf litter.

Spindle pricked up her ears. "Oatclaw.. Get over here..." She whispered, crouching and blending with the foliage. "Those snakehearts.. shut up idiot they could here us..! gah, you both are jus- when will we be there papa..? S-Soon..." Spindle looked over, Oatclaw had unsheathed her claws and her eyes were narrow slits. "That's Rainpelt and Snowykit! Riverclan was who took them!" Spindle's eyes grew wide in furry and she leapt out of the bushes, claws unsheathing, screeching a battle cry. "FOXBREATHING KITTYPETS!" Oatclaw leapt out beside her, and the two rakes their claws over a toms pelt. Spindle glanced around quickly- 5 toms.. 4 shecats.. all warriors.. just Rainpelt, Oatclaw, and herself could beat them all off! She let out a screech, hoping to draw more of our warriors to the fight. Spindle leapt, slamming a shecat away from Snowykit. She crouched over the kit, and Rainpelt and Oatclaw pressed their backs to hers, lashing out at the cats who were circling them. "I-It's alright Snowykit.. We'll make it outa here.." Spindle panted, risking a quick glance at the shaking kit.

It seemed as though all the muscles in Rigid's body had contracted as he lept vertically into the air. The sound had shook his core, though he fought against his urge to flee and instead dashed toward the danger. His heart was pounding in his chest and his eyes danced around the scene that played out before him. His breathing became rapid and shallow as he reenacted the fight he had with Stone in his head. Though fear has gripped him and frozen him in place, the sight of one of the foreign males preparing to pounce at Spindle had set a fire in his gut. Rigid's eyes tracked his every movement as he crouched down, his chest touching the ground. His eyes flashed in the light of the sun beaming through the trees and he use all his strength to snatch the Tom out of the air, grabbing at him with hooked claws and rabidly kicking at his stomach with the intention of ripping it open. Their bodies slammed to the ground and Rigid kicked the brute off of him, sending him into a rock. He yoweld in pain and dashed away. One down, 8 to go...

An expression of confusion was clearly seen on Rigid's face. "Sorry, I don't know anything about clans... I was born a rogue too, but when I became an adult, I joined... Sort of a clan type group..." Rigid's voice grew lower as he realized how much he was revealing about himself. The Tom lowered his head an looked up at the she-cat for her reaction.
