I discovered Ultimate Trystin when I reached 5,000lbs and gained new ablities like 4 fat arms, inhale like Kirby, massive gas farts, and sonic burps.

Well, the final battle against Snaptrap took place sometime after Puff Puppy where a beautiful fox woman who wanted to be kidnapped by Snaptrap (just before he gave up his life of crime permanently) was wrongfully rescued by Dudley and Kitty, thus causing her and several others who no longer needed T.U.F.F.'s help to sue them. The case was won by the citizens of Petropolis, similar to the opening sequence of The Incredibles where the citizens won the case against Supers, and the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force was disbanded permanently. In response to this, the other villains (including Kitty's twin sister) decided to reform themselves.

That makes Petropolis crime free forever?

Yep. D.O.O.M. was also disbanded thanks to Larry telling his master where to get off. After all, he has taken too much abuse from Snaptrap, and he wanted to live an abuse-free life. The Case of the People of Petropolis vs. the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force took place before D.O.O.M.'s breakup. And believe it or not, Francis and Ollie sided with Larry in the end.

Ever since her release from prison, yes. As of today, the real heroes of Petropolis are the firemen, policemen, and ambulance workers, rather than secret agents. Because of this, T.U.F.F. Headquarters no longer exists, and there are absolutely no plans to bring it back to this very day.

She is, with all the money she made. In fact, here's a list of what happened to the cast of the show (outside of Kitty and Keswick, since we already discussed them):
Dudley and his mother moved to sunny California, where he decided to become a Hollywood actor. His first lead role was in Planet of the Wolves, where he played one of the last surviving non-wolf animals.
Snaptrap and his new bride moved to Florida, where they bought a condo. He has now become a father of two, with another on the way.
The Chameleon decided to make a web video series called Prankameleon, where he uses his shapeshifting powers to make people laugh. The first episode garnered a hundred thousand views in its first week.
Francis became a travelling door-to-door salesman. While most people aren't interested in what he's selling, at least he makes a better profit than he did with D.O.O.M.
Ollie became a used car salesman. Unlike most salesmen, he doesn't carry a weapon around (if one doesn't count his insults).
Larry moved into Dudley's house because it was a great change of scenery compared to D.0.O.M.'s Headquarters. He's currently on the hunt for a woman who has the same interests as him.
Katty began dedicating her crime-free life to science. She's still on the fence about ending world hunger and curing the common cold.
The Chief moved into a luxurious mansion, where he has joined the society of the rich. He may not be a snob like they are, but at least he feels like he's home.
Birdbrain moved to Puerto Rico, where he can enjoy the warmth year-round. Ironically, he's taken up bird-calling as a hobby.

She is, believe it or not.

And with all that weight Kitty gained. She must've won a number of eating contests. Tell me more.

Tuna-eating contests, that is. She may not be regarded as a secret agent, but she's Petropolis's number-one tuna-eating contest champion. She won her first contest sometime after her retirement (she was a little pudgy compared to now), and her winning streak continues to this day. She's basically undefeated when it comes to tuna-eating, as she beat the former undefeated champion from Japet (the T.U.F.F. Puppy version of Japan), and she weighs at over 600 lbs., making her larger than most of her fellow competitors.

And still growing. I bet she spends her off time, eating, watching TV, and being lazy.

Yep, she does when she's not out-eating any competitors. In fact, she also lounges around her swimming pool.

She never wanted to be a secret agent like her cousin. She got her wish to become a big juice-filled ball when her cousin first joined T.U.F.F., and she continues to be one to this day.

Yes. In fact, her favorite dessert is the same as the dessert from the gum itself.
