Hm, not quite sure yet. Kafka on the Shore is probably the best one I've read, but there again it was also the first. I liked how it didn't have a dividing line between dreams and reality. Although I really liked the last one I read, Dance Dance Dance, 'cause the metaphors were really good and stuff

'Kafka...' was the first that I read, and probably my favourite because of that. I also really enjoyed 'The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle'. I love the way that Murakami makes all the strange events in his books fit together and fall into place so perfectly. The only flaw I can really find is that a lot of his work is quite similar in that way. But hey, I'm not tired of them yet.
