Actually, I don't faceup my dolls... 
But she tells me she uses a lot of soft pastels for the shading (not oil pastels, but the kind that's like chalk) and artist acrylic paints. She ordered a lot of them from the Volks store; you can get sealant there, too. You can also use watercolor pencils, watercolor paint and gauche.
There's a lot of information here on DA about doing faceups for dolls. (If you just search "BJD faceup", a lot of good stuff comes up.) But AndrejA ( [link] ) has some great video tutorials.

I only ask I am getting a girl dolfie and it going to have no faceup and I thought I try it myslef ^^ and I am good at painting.

I'm glad the videos were helpful. Practicing on paper is probably a good idea, but I've been told that it's not quite the same as working on the actual doll, so be aware of that.
