I love the iornament art you've uploaded, especially the kaleidoscopes.Β I was thinking of getting an ipad and this app to make art that I could sell, could you possibly tell me the maximum image size you can make with the app? Is there a limit?
Also, have you considered selling your art on society6? I think it would do well there.

Thanks, Dweezal for the kind words! iOrnament allows you different levels of resolution as you zoom in and out, what aspect you choose to make your snap (I have often made as many as 15 snapsΒ (however many repeats per screen, and at different angles) of the same piece), and as much depends on the ipad. For instance, my pieces using an ipad Air have much better resolution than with my old ipad2, and could be enlarged further. If I used an ipad Pro, which is much bigger, I'd have better resolution still, do you see? It's really hard to say. I could save my work in the app, you get so many slots in which to do so, but I probably would never do that unless I were making some kind of FRAP movie.Β I modify my work often in Pixlr, the app by Autodesk. I have pieces from the ipad Air I could have displayed in 2048x1536 pixels, but I find that way too big for DA. Also, you can take your piece into Photoshop and enhance it a lot more with filters and sharpening, gaining resolution that way. In short, I can't tell you what the maximum size of the drawing is, there are a lot of variables. Big enough, though, especially with enhancement after.
About society6... I dunno. No one has expressed much interest. My friend Mike used to sell quite a bit on zazzle for a while, but that place is a warren. His work wasn't abstract or geometric, either. I design a lot of vector repeats for colourlovers.com, so I have a lot of those as well. I'll look at it again! Right now, I'm trying to learn Illustrator. I want to take motifs from iOrnament into Illustrator and make more formal work with them. Anyway, take care, and if you do start making iOrnaments, I'd love to see them! The app designer Jurgen Richter Gebert is not too hard to find, either, he's a very nice guy. Thanks so much for your watch!

i can feel the pressure coming down from all around
so many deadlines to meet
life has gotten crazy again
so many people counting on me
i keep my nose pressed to the grindstone
i find comfort there
i work for a living i get it done
i don't have a moment to spare
you think you've got me figured out
well there's not really too much more
i work for a living i get it done
i'm just another working class whore
i put in the over time on this corporate ladder climb i'm
respected inside these walls
make my journey home watch tv all alone
outside i'm nothing at all
so many times i wish i could make a difference in this world
but i work for a living i get it done
i just do as i am told
you think you've got me figured out
well there's not really too much more
i work for a living i get it done
i'm just another working class whore
