Ya i LOVE anime style artwork. I fell in love with it because the eyes and the hair are prominae features for each char and they happen to be my fav part to draw (other then i do have lots of fun with the cloths).

Sorry for the lateness of this reply, Yousei-san. Paint tool SAI is an digital illustration program that is very popular among professional Japanese manga/anime artists. Indeed, I believe more Japanese illustrators use SAI as opposed to either Photoshop or Illustrator. It has some really useful brushes and creates very smooth lines. Most of the vocaloid art was done using SAI.

I tried looking up SAI and i couldnt find a whole lot of information on it : / would you by anychance have a website or link that i could go to so i can maybe presue getting the program?? It sounds very interesting.
