Well it's official. My husband and my doctor ganged up on me and put me back on anti depressants. I have been off them for almost five years without any incidents except at the time of the miscarriage, so I am kinda bummed that I have to be back on them. Ah well....that's life. Maybe in a few months I can get off them again, hopefully this time for good.

Thanks hon. I went off them after a month because I was feeling much better and I know my body well enough to know that I had just experienced an episode of GAD. The medication helped get me through it but I'm not going to keep taking it just to make a doctor happy. There are better ways for me to cope with my general anxiety disorder. I have now been stable for almost two months without them so we shall see. Hugs.
