No problem! I have made over 80 in my sketchbook! They were only quick sketches and I am trying to fit them into the continuity of the comic I am trying to make at school. I'm only in my early teens.

No problem, you deserved it! Hey, I'm trying to make a comic book series with my super hero and super villain OCs, around thirty something characters. I made a map of the city, even. Got any tips for a teenage aspiring comic artist? I live by a comic book store that I go to regularly and I know the people who work there, so I can publish it there, but got any tips?

Start young!!

It's awesome that you're starting so young doing something you love. I think the best tip I could possibly give you would be to never give up. It's a bit cliche but it's truth. I got into comics and art a little late (because of laziness) and I found that it hurt me as an artist.

Every chance you get, work on improving your art. Keep a little sketchbook next to you at all times and when you get an idea or any free time, DRAW! Don't ignore schoolwork or anything though! Try filling up an entire sketchbook in a month. 

Don't be afraid to take critiques. Take your art to someone you know and look up to and ask them to give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Don't just settle for "It's good" or "Good job", ask how to improve. I never asked for critiques when I was younger and my work as garbage for years before it started turning into anything resembling good. Also, don't get discouraged when someone does give you a seemingly negative critique of your work. Keep at it. Take the criticism with a grain of salt and use it to become better. 

As far as the comic shop goes, I've never approached a shop on getting anything to be sold but I would say the same rules apply. Keep at it and if they say no don't get discouraged and keep trying.

It wasn't comic art that hurt me as an artist, it was just be not getting serious about it until I was in my late 20s.

Ah okay. And thanks so much! Mainly I use amalgams, but less obvious, (amalgams are combos of characters from different comic universes, etc. I also use obvious spin-offs of other characters, to show something funny.
