Hello, I'm a Hetalia Fan and a creative artist! I don't like it when other people don't give enough effort to draw correctly and have inaccurate to create a biology and personality for their OCs, making it totally suck if we can't be honest or brutally honest whatever we want! It's true! I work hard when making a character, using ideas and my imagination! I have a lot of plans far ahead in the future. Check out my Greenland, The Faroe Islands and The Aland Islands OC. An important part of me is that I'm stuck using MS Paint and I wish I could use another because I have no experience of another art tool like Sai Paint Tool, even if I download it, it turns out to be a 30 day trial. It sucks. I don't tolerate Mary sues and 'Hetalia OCs' but clearly their NOT. It's not worth it if it's not a real Hetalia OC. (Ex. Perfect mary sue Hetalia OC that slept with almost every male country. A 'Hetalia OC' that is not considerable by judging it's name and more, you can tell the difference).
I now started a Q&A website! Unfortunately I cannot draw it like others you've seen but you can ask questions I would be ok to answer and I'll answer right away!

I'm afraid so not. I'm getting into anime. As you can see that I started posting anime bases and all. I'm not quite ready to actually draw a non-traced drawing on anime. Drawing objects are easy. But I only have MS Paint, including you.

((I noticed in your Bio that you said that you're stuck with MS Paint and would like to try another paint program, I don't know if that's still true, but if it is, I have a suggestion. ^^
MediBang Paint is 100% free and pretty powerful, I use it myself, and personally I tried Sai out once, and I didn't really like it. (That's just my personal preference though, haha.)
A nice thing about Medibang is that it has an automatic cloud backup that backs your art up every few minutes just in case your computer crashes. Also, you can add custom brushes to the brush area. You an also save your picture as a .MBP file which preserves the layers and such, in case you have to stop in the middle of a drawing.

Ah, yeah. The most professional ones are almost always money.
If you make your own brushes (which is really easy) and know how to mess around with them, you can get some pretty professional-looking results with Medibang. It all depends on how you use it.
Also, they're updating Medibang a lot, so there's frequent bug fixes and such.
