Okay, so basically, in SBURB, there are these things called Denizens, and they give you a bunch of money when you kill them, w/e. So the blind girl, GC, wants John to go kill it WAY SOONER than he should be, and so she tells him how to get to its lair.
The severalyearsintothefuturebutnotmany bit is just about the Exiles who you'll understand more about later.
The Intermission isn't really all that important as far as I know. P/ So it's okay if you skip it. I skipped the whole second half after determining it wasn't connected to the story very much.
