# About me

I'm really no artist, as you can see by my artwork (or lack thereof). I like sketching, typically odd abstract pieces or strange things (hands, for example...?), but I'm not great at it, and I'm a terrible painter. I work with pottery a bit when I have time, I like it, and I'm decent at it. I work with a little bit of artisan craftsmanship (wire tree sculptures, jewelry, unusual mobiles, etc.), but not much. I design simple logos decently, and I do some architectural drafting. I'm pretty crafty in the wood shop and metal shop, but I'm not quite yet a welder (solder is fine for now, thanks). I love photography, but I don't have a decent camera (yet). Artistic yard-work (aesthetic pruning of trees and bushes--not topiary giraffes) I can do fairly.

I'm much more of a writer, and in all honesty I'm pretty good at it (I would never have the self-confidence to say this in person, mind). Though I haven't posted any writing of mine here, I intend to in the future when I have the time to finish a few pieces (I'm currently working on and off on a novella about a boy and his necromancer).

So, basically, I do a bit of a lot, and I'm relatively happy with it. I'm a full-time student and a part-time procrastinator on the side, so I have a somewhat busy schedule, but I write and practise other art forms when I can.
