I stumbled across that book a long time ago, I still have/read it from time to time. That and Dinotopia *sp?, that also has some fantasic work in it.

The art in it is fantastic, a bit long winded I thought for a 'kids' book. (I love to read, so I have everything from Poppy Z. Brite to the authors (can't remember the names off the top of my head) 0f 'Voyage of a Basset'. Couldn't live w/out my books. Do you read a lot? Or mostly art?

haha, that's wonderful. I keep telling myself to stop lending them out (my books) because the people never seem to return them? Evil butt puckers! Recently I loaned a Dean Koontz book to a relative...(mistake) its never been seen again...*mourns* I love Dean Koontz, Poppy Brite, Henry Miller, Anais Nin, and a thousand others but I'm too lazy to think more..haha. I feel as if I'm rambeling...eeek! I'll stop now!

true true, but I tell you if I could sit on my bum all day and draw/paint and get paid to just come up with whatever weird odd disturbed idea came to mind...I'd be in seventh heaven!! I get people ask me to draw them tattoo's, I'm working on one for my friend now, and I get no fun out of trying to make it perfect for them..I'd much rather they like it as is..but as it would happen adjustments must be made..poo. hahaa
