I'm fascinated by anglerfish: I just found out that they can engulf others that are larger than themselves. "The anglerfish is able to distend both its jaw and its stomach, since its bones are thin and flexible, to enormous size, allowing it to swallow prey up to twice as large as its entire body." (Wikipedia) Too, they can weigh as much as 100 lb., which, to me, implies that they could conceivably swallow something that weighed 200 lb.! How much do you weigh? Scary.

Yes, nature is very scary sometimes, but absolutely awesome and breath taking. I hope I never cross paths with a hungry angler fish. I weigh about 140lb/63 kg so I would be an easy meal for one of the big guys. That's insane! Thank you for sharing the info.
