But yeah the wings are made with a wire and foam frame, it's flat, and then I cut and glue all the feathers by hand and lay them so they are like real wings! This tutorial is very useful. [link]
Takes lots of glue, time, a few sodas and some burns.
I can make you a pair for $120 and mail them to you. I also make solid foam wings.
