Hello! My friends and I are doing cosplays from Legend of Dragoon (we are doing Shana, Miranda, and Rose) and I was wondering if you could give me some details about how you made your cosplay? Especially about cutting and how to mold the styrene. Also, the structure of each part of the cosplay. ><

There are tons of stuff about styrene out there. Try cosplay.com's prop tutorials. I went through every single construction tutorial there was, then combined and adapted methods according to my needs and funds.
As for specifics on the dragoon construction, there's something in my gallery about it..Dig around my messy pile of craaap hahaha
Sorry about not being specific, I'm too busy to go through every part of the cosplay, and with so many requests--it's hard to keep up.
Styrene can be easily molded with a heatgun or a vacuum form machine if you have a prototype mold. The outcome/performance depends on the thickness of the sheet itself. Can be cut with xactoknife, scissors (for thin sheets .020) or with a dremel for thicker sheets.

Hello Azn, I wondered if you could tell me your method of how you made the wings and how to attach them for Dragoon Shana, and what you do by means of storage. I am planning on making Dragoon Rose as soon as I can afford it, but storage space is a bit of a pain.
I have a small shed now, but I have my original costume of Rose in there (which I intend to remodel), and Hrist Valkyrie in there. I want to make the costume out of Wonderflex, but I need to be able to store the wings. It's just the wings and attaching them, and storing them. Nothing else as I have ideas for how I am going to make the rest.

Make 'em collapsible?
Theyre attached on a harness on my back...connected by pvc pipes which are nailed to a wooden piece...that's strapped on the harness. If that makes sense? Wings should pivot and collapse so it can fit into a small closet.

Each winglet has to be able to pivot on a wooden rod. Which is held up between the main frames of the wings.
The base of the wings pivot through 2 pvc pipes (smaller one inside the bigger one)

Mine are collapsible, but the wood is too heavy for me to wear for longer durations of time. But if I used really lightweight material, it wouldn't support the winglets. You gotta find a median to work with :>
