Well, in terms of the anime, yes. In the game however, it provides a dramatic speed boost. I believe the human's awakening may be the strongest one.

I thought so too, but anyone can use that in xenoverse. However, humans suprisingly are arguably the strongest race in xenoverse.

yea, i think the only things that make them the best race is regenerating ki, and that attack increase when you have all your energy

Not just that. Out of all the races in the game, human are the most balanced. And in competitive play, they are easily the most dangerous because of their combo game. And with the addition of the power pole, the extended reach, humans will be a force to be reckon with.
