lol, last year the honor society went on a trip to Ashland to see a play for the shakespeare festival and my two of my friends were looking at the houses and either declaring that they were a whore house or a hippie house....it was real funny. But Ashland is a real nice town.

hmm, well, don't expect too much from the first three months. Getting good takes time, and not to be rude or anything, but sometimes hard criticism can be the worst help. So, we'll see.

thats cool. Charcoal is kind of annoying. work with a wash + pen and ink. Very fun. Also working with charcoal and white conte crayon is awsome.
Also, I am a harsh critic on most of your work because I know you can do awsome work and I know you have the potential to do great and memorable work. I am just trying to motivate you to get there. Even with your schooling, you still need criticism to get better.
Post some sketches. Looking forward to seeing what they are teaching you. Also you can use it as a contrast. Like when you started and when you think you got better. :0
