I made it. The sprite was from a premade sheet and I just made a very short flip cycle through the two to make him "victory dance" for eternity. This was way back when I knew a guy who made/did sprite sheets for fun and who gave me a sheet of this guy to play with.

Wizarmon/Wizardmon has always been my fav~

She did papier mache base, after apply a thin layer of plaster. Wait until plaster was dry and sandpaper. (I hope, my bad english don't spoil explanation).
