Yeah. The characters had generic personalities with no distinct character traits, less distinct than some of the most basic of cartoon characters, such as Yogi Bear, and Huckleberry Hound. They weren't fleshed out, with feelings and raging emotions like the characters in Rocko's Modern Life, or Tom and Jerry.
