You chose a very good place for this , I improved so much thank to memes, challenges and contests. It's very stimulating seeing so many epic artists here, you improve just wanting to be like them one day. I'd never imagine I'd have tried to color digital, to take good photos, to cosplay and create my own accessories when I first joined dA in 2011. Just take a look at one of my first creations and how the style changed with time. XD I still laugh.
