I have family that lives in Houstin and the one thing that I remembered is that it was SO HUMID. We pretty much just have dry heat. It's actually about to storm right now. People are freaking out, but that's normal. It happens like twice a month, so you think they'd be used to it.

I don't know but when you say freak out I see people running in the street. But I have sister in OK and she tells me the storms do get crazy at times. I just wish there was a decent breeze, then the heat wouldn't be that horrible.

Tip: It really helps to just look at people. Not stare, but notice variations in facial shape, nose shape, eye shape, and etc. Variety is good. It helps distinguish and makes your art more interesting.
It also is pretty fun to just stare at pictures of pretty people, too. haha. c:
