Ooh boy, that's pretty bad, probably the computer isn't getting power or you got hit with a sudden hardware failure due to a power surge or a short-circuit in one of the components.
Try replacing the power cord first (might have a broken wire), then switching out the computer's power supply (if it's not a laptop and you're sure you know how). Then try replacing the RAM sticks; if one has suddenly gone bad they can prevent the system starting up as well. But if none of those works it's down to swapping out parts of the computer one by one until she fires up. If THAT isn't practical then it's time pull out the hard drive(s), go looking for a new computer and hope the old drives can still be hooked up externally to salvage everything.
