Erstmal danke! Ich habe mir gerade den Spaß gemacht, mal Disney anzuschreiben. Wohin auch immer die Reisen gehen mag ^^
Prinzipiell ist es die Kategorie 'Derivative Work'. Wiedererkennbarkeit, aber keine Photomanipulation, kein Screencapture, kein Repainting oder ähnliches (sprich Pose und ähnliches basieren nicht auf Photos oder ähnlichem). Selbst in Amerika ist das wohl 'ne Grauzone. Würde sonst devart das nicht auch gleich löschen?!?
Wenn wider Erwarten positives Feedback kommen sollte, lasse ich es Dich wissen. Irgendwie hat wohl photorealistischer Stil immer Probleme, überhaupt veröffentlicht zu werden wegen etwaiger Copyright-Bedenken 
Wer weiß, vielleicht gefällt Dir ja auch eine der anderen Illus

Hey mach dir keine Sorgen, niemand bei Ballistic unterstellt dir Diebstahl von Disneys Filmmaterial.
Jack Sparrow gehört aber so als Person/ Figur/ Design Disney und deshalb konnte er leider nicht in die engere Wahl fürs Buch genommen werden.

Hi!
Danke für die Einladung, aber aus Sicherheitsgründen werde ich Facebook wohl noch länger meiden. Auch ich bin bei zuvielen Seiten angemeldet und zuvieles liegt gerade brach. Ansonsten sollte ich mal wieder aktiver werden bei conceptart oder cgsociety, auch Foren, die mir sehr gefallen.
